These programs are used to manage dealership cash flow, tracking sold vehicles, identifying outstanding bailment balances, and facilitating the timely payout to financiers. They provide real-time, accurate information on the dealership's financial position to assist in daily decision-making.

⇛ AIMS Bailment Payout Controller manages the dealership's cash flow through close control of outstanding vehicle debtors and floorplan balances. The program establishes which sold vehicles in the DMS have outstanding vehicle bailment balances and / or outstanding debtor amounts. It manages the cash flow by tracking sold vehicles with outstanding balances within the DMS. This program covers EVERY DMS.

⇛ AIMS Financier Payout Controller offers much the same functionality as the AIMS Bailment Payout Controller, though instead of using the dealership's general ledger, it uses financier stock lists to identify bailment amounts. This program covers EVERY DMS and EVERY financier.
